Our products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand service providers. As such, product availability, quality, and shipping times are subject to the conditions of these third-party providers. We do not manufacture, hold inventory, or directly ship products from our own facilities.

3. Orders and Payment

a. Order Acceptance

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Standard Shipping

Orders will usually be fulfilled 2 to 5 business days after you place your order. Shipping may take a further 5 to 10 business days depending on where you live. Holidays and busy seasons may impact these times.

FaithfulWear.shop does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party print-on-demand provider or the postal/courier service.

b. International Shipping

Please expect international orders to take longer than our Standard Shipping times. Holidays and busy seasons may impact also these times.

For orders placed outside the United Kingdom, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: support@faithfulwear.shop. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

If your return is accepted, United Kingdom orders will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All international orders will be required to pay return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

b. Refunds

Please note that we are only able to refund you for the price of the products purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your initial order.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

- You entered the incorrect address. (If you did enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately and if you do so before we ship your order, we can change it for you).
- You ordered the wrong size. You can still exchange for the correct size, however.
- You forgot to use a promo code.
- The product is damaged or altered in any way.
- It has been over 14 days since you received your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return as we deem appropriate.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

c. Exchanges

The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem it fit.

Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:

- The wrong product was ordered.
- The product is damaged in any way.
- It has been more than 14 days since the product was received.

Availability of the replacement item is subject to stock and fulfillment capabilities of the third-party provider.
